Aviva Premiership Rugby Football Union club the Newcastle Falcons have announced the signing of Dominic Barrow from the Rugby Football Union Championship side the Leeds Carnegie on a two year deal as they prepare for their return to the top flight of the English professional rugby after spending just one season in the Championship.
